Saving Your Configuration

After making any changes to the configuration, click the Save button located in the top-right corner of the configuration page. If the save is successful, you will see a confirmation message. Your changes will take effect immediately on the storefront.

Quick Checklist Before Going Live

Before activating the chatbot on your store, confirm the following:

  • API Key is entered and valid
  • Enable Plugin and Enable Chat Widget are both checked
  • Primary Color matches your store branding
  • Chat Header Title and Subtitle are set to your preferred text
  • Live Preview looks correct before saving
